ABIED 于 6 月 10 日发布《全球供应链金融长周期观察简报》。本期简报由 ICRC 金融议题组组织撰写，经联盟统一发布，是《ABIED 研究简报》创刊以来第 19 期。

本期简报围绕“供应链金融在过去二十年的长周期演变”这一主题，重点呈现三项中性观察：第一，全球供应链金融的规模扩张在 2013 年前后出现结构性加速；第二，供应链金融与实体贸易的关联度呈现出“弱—强—弱”的周期性波动特征；第三，跨境供应链金融的参与者结构在过去十年显著分化。

简报的风格定位

《ABIED 研究简报》自创刊以来坚持两条基本风格：一是中性汇报，不做主观判断；二是不做完整研究报告的替代品，只记录课题阶段性进展、关键数据变化与重要议题演变。

本期简报由金融议题组牵头撰写，首席研究员黄俊良担任主笔，相关内容经 ICRC 审议流程完成学术核验后，由 ABIED 作为统一发布主体对外发布。

ABIED published the Long-Cycle Observation Brief on Global Supply Chain Finance on June 10. The brief was prepared through the ICRC Finance Group workflow and issued by ABIED as the nineteenth ABIED Research Brief.

The brief takes a long-cycle view of supply chain finance over the past two decades. It records three neutral observations: the scale of global supply chain finance accelerated structurally around 2013; the relationship between supply chain finance and physical trade has followed a weak-strong-weak cycle; and the participant structure in cross-border supply chain finance has become more differentiated over the past decade.

Briefing Style

Since its launch, the ABIED Research Brief has followed two rules: it reports neutrally rather than making subjective judgments, and it does not substitute for a full research report. It records project progress, key data changes, and important issue developments.

The Finance Group led the drafting, with Chief Researcher Huang Junliang as principal author. After academic verification through the ICRC review workflow, ABIED issued the brief as the unified external publishing body.
