慢慢长出来的联盟An Alliance That Grew Step by Step

ABIED 不是一家在成立之初就设计好未来五年路线图的机构。2017年在香港中环一间不大的办公室里,七位发起人——来自企业战略、宏观研究、财务治理、产业观察、公共政策五个不同领域——只定下了两件事:不追热点,以十年为单位思考问题。接下来的每一步,都是一边走一边长出来的。ABIED was not founded with a polished five-year roadmap. In 2017, in a modest office in Central, Hong Kong, seven founders from corporate strategy, macro research, financial governance, industrial observation, and public policy agreed on two principles: avoid chasing trends, and think in ten-year units. Everything that followed grew from that starting point.

2017

联盟正式成立ABIED Formally Established

5月,ABIED 在香港依法完成非营利机构注册。首届理事会由七位发起人组成,总部设于香港中环德辅道中。同年9月,第一批37位创始会员加入,覆盖大中华地区九个行业。In May, ABIED completed its non-profit registration in Hong Kong. The first council consisted of seven founders, with headquarters on Des Voeux Road Central. In September, the first 37 founding members joined, covering nine industries in Greater China.

2018

首届全球会员招募启动First Global Membership Recruitment Launched

6月启动首届全球会员招募计划。这一年联盟完成了第一份内部观察报告《亚太企业战略耐受度初探》,成为日后长周期研究方法论的起点。会员规模增至213人。In June, ABIED launched its first global membership recruitment program. That year, the Alliance completed its first internal observation report, Preliminary Study on Strategic Tolerance Among Asia-Pacific Enterprises, which later became the starting point for its long-cycle research methodology. Membership grew to 213.

2019

BSEIA 奖项设立BSEIA Established

3月,商业战略与经济洞察奖(BSEIA)正式设立,五大类别一经公告即吸引亚太十三地的研究与实践团队报名。同年10月首届颁奖典礼在香港会议展览中心举行。In March, the Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award (BSEIA) was formally established. Its five categories attracted research and practice teams from thirteen Asia-Pacific locations. The first award ceremony was held in October at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

2020

ICRC 研究与咨询委员会成立ICRC Established

4月,研究与咨询委员会(ICRC)作为联盟的学术职务体系与课题管理机构独立运作,首届在任研究员82人。同年启动第一批重点课题共6项,涵盖战略、宏观、产业三个议题方向。In April, the Research and Consulting Committee (ICRC) began operating independently as ABIED's academic appointment and research project management body, with 82 active researchers in its first term. Six key projects were launched that year across strategy, macro, and industry themes.

2021

首份旗舰报告发布First Flagship Report Published

11月,ABIED 发布首份旗舰研究报告《亚太上市公司战略连续性观察(2011–2020)》,首次提出"战略耐受度指数"这一长期观察口径,该指数在其后每年的年度商业环境展望中持续更新。In November, ABIED published its first flagship report, Strategic Continuity Among Asia-Pacific Listed Companies (2011-2020), introducing the Strategic Tolerance Index as a long-term observation metric later updated in each annual business environment review.

2022

五大议题体系成型Five-Issue Research System Formed

ICRC 正式将研究议题归并为战略、宏观、产业、金融、治理五大方向,每个方向设首席研究员一名。会员规模突破900人,覆盖国家与地区增至17个。ICRC consolidated its research into five directions: strategy, macroeconomics, industry, finance, and governance, each led by a chief researcher. Membership exceeded 900 and reached 17 countries and regions.

2023

年度商业环境展望创刊Annual Business Environment Review Launched

12月,《亚太商业环境年度观察(2024)》作为 ABIED 首份年度旗舰出版物正式面世,成为联盟与外部读者的长期约定:每年一份,不因任何事情延期、不因任何压力删改。In December, Asia-Pacific Business Environment Annual Review (2024) was released as ABIED's first annual flagship publication, establishing a long-term promise: one edition every year, without delay or externally driven revision.

2024

东盟代表处挂牌ASEAN Representative Office Opened

11月,ABIED 东盟代表处在新加坡正式挂牌运作,首席代表由东南亚籍资深会员林亦辰博士担任。这是 ABIED 在香港总部之外设立的第二个常设机构。本年度累计课题数突破200项。In November, ABIED's ASEAN representative office began operating in Singapore, led by senior member Dr. Lin Yichen. It became ABIED's second standing office beyond its Hong Kong headquarters. The total number of projects exceeded 200 that year.

2025

在任研究员稳定至180人Active Researchers Stabilized at 180

9月,ICRC 完成2025年度换届,在任研究员规模稳定在180人。10月,第七届 BSEIA 颁奖典礼成功举办。会员规模增至1600余人,覆盖22个国家与地区。ABIED 进入成立以来第八个完整年度。In September, ICRC completed its 2025 renewal, stabilizing the active researcher community at 180. In October, the seventh BSEIA award ceremony was successfully held. Membership grew to more than 1,600 across 22 countries and regions.

回望这八年,ABIED 没有经历过戏剧性的高光时刻,也从未试图把自己包装成"最前沿的声音"。我们更愿意把自己描述为一家慢慢生长的研究机构:每年增加一些会员、每年沉淀一些课题、每年多一份经得起翻第二遍的报告。Looking back over these eight years, ABIED has not relied on dramatic peaks or claimed to be the loudest new voice. We prefer a quieter description: a research institution that grows slowly, adds members steadily, accumulates projects, and produces reports worth reading again.

在成立十周年(2027)之前,我们希望再做成三件事:把年度商业环境展望的追踪周期延伸到十年;把 ICRC 的在任研究员规模稳定在200人左右;完成第一批"十年回看"课题,回到2017年发布的早期判断,逐条对照检验。时间会给出答案。Before ABIED's tenth anniversary in 2027, we aim to extend the annual business environment review into a ten-year tracking cycle, stabilize ICRC at around 200 active researchers, and complete the first group of ten-year review projects that revisit early judgments made in 2017.
