为什么联盟做咨询

ABIED 是一家非营利研究机构。对外提供战略咨询服务的初衷,不是为了经营,而是因为我们发现——一些长周期的判断如果只停留在报告里,它就只是读者眼里的"有趣观察";只有在一次次面对具体决策的时候被翻出来、被一个活生生的决策者反复询问,它才真正获得穿透力。咨询是研究的出口,也是研究的检验器。

联盟从战略咨询服务获得的全部收入,扣除直接成本后,100% 回流至 ICRC 公益课题池,用于支持那些缺乏外部资助却值得做的长周期研究。我们愿意把这件事写在章程里,也愿意把它写在这里。

四类咨询服务

长周期战略陪伴

面向企业的核心决策者(通常是董事会与战略委员会级别),以 12–36 个月为周期的陪伴式研究与讨论。每月一次深度会谈,每季度一份定向观察简报,每年一次回望检验。适合那些愿意把战略选择托付给时间检验的客户。

周期:12–36 月 · 客户数量上限:每年 6 家

专题诊断

面向具体议题的一次性深度研究,通常为期 8–16 周。ICRC 会组建一个由 3–5 位研究员构成的专题小组,面向客户提出的特定战略或经济问题完成独立研究,输出诊断报告。过程中联盟保留独立判断权。

周期:8–16 周 · 客户数量上限:每年 20 家

圆桌评议

面向客户提出的重大战略议题,组织一次封闭式的专家圆桌评议会。议程由客户与 ICRC 共同商定,参与者由 ICRC 独立邀请,会议全程保密。圆桌会议输出一份由所有与会专家共同署名的评议纪要。

周期:2–4 周 · 单次 · 客户数量上限:每年 40 场

公共机构专项

面向公共机构与行业协会的专项研究合作,通常以课题共建形式进行,部分成果以白皮书形式对外公开。公共机构专项项目不计入联盟常规课题立项上限,独立立项、独立评审、独立结题。

周期:因议题而定 · 客户数量上限:每年 8 个

我们不做的事

不做结论定制

我们不接受任何带有预设结论的研究委托。如果客户希望"佐证已有判断",我们不是合适的机构。

不做公共市场预测

我们不提供针对股票、汇率、利率的短周期预测服务,也不承接任何用于公开发行文件的材料撰写。

不做代写与代签

我们不承接企业公关材料、路演材料、白皮书代写等工作。所有署名以研究员真实意愿为前提。

不做广告与推荐

我们不为任何商业产品做背书,不接受任何形式的赞助换取署名,不对外出具"合作机构/推荐机构"等字样。

合作流程

初步接洽

邮件联系秘书处,说明拟咨询议题与基本背景。

匹配议题组

秘书处在 7 个工作日内反馈是否匹配对应议题组。

立项评议

由 ICRC 议题小组进行独立立项评议,评估合作可行性。

签署协议

确认独立性条款、成果归属、保密范围后正式签署。

5

开展研究

按约定周期开展研究与交付,过程中保留独立判断。

6

成果回流

服务收入扣除直接成本后全额回流公益课题池。

Why ABIED Provides Advisory Services

ABIED is a non-profit research institution. We provide advisory services not as a sales business, but because long-cycle judgments become more powerful when they are tested against real decisions. Advisory work is an outlet for research and a way to test whether research can bear weight.

All income from advisory services, after direct costs, returns 100% to the ICRC public-interest research pool to support long-cycle projects that deserve to be done but may lack external funding.

Four Advisory Services

Long-Cycle Strategy Partnership

For core corporate decision-makers, usually at board or strategy-committee level. Engagements run 12-36 months, with monthly deep discussions, quarterly targeted briefs, and annual review sessions.

Cycle: 12-36 months · Annual client cap: 6

Issue Diagnosis

An 8-16 week independent research engagement on a specific strategic or economic question, usually handled by a 3-5 researcher task group.

Cycle: 8-16 weeks · Annual client cap: 20

Roundtable Review

A closed expert roundtable for major strategic questions, with participants independently invited by ICRC and a jointly signed review memorandum.

Cycle: 2-4 weeks · One-off · Annual cap: 40 sessions

Public Institution Projects

Special research cooperation for public institutions and industry associations, sometimes released as white papers.

Cycle: topic-based · Annual client cap: 8

What We Do Not Do

No Predetermined Conclusions

We do not accept work designed to prove a conclusion already chosen by the client.

No Short-Term Market Forecasts

We do not forecast public-market prices, exchange rates, or interest rates.

No Ghostwriting or Proxy Signing

We do not write corporate PR materials, roadshow materials, or white papers under false authorship.

No Advertising or Endorsement

We do not endorse commercial products or exchange sponsorship for institutional naming.

Cooperation Process

Initial Contact

Email the Secretariat with the proposed topic and background.

Issue Group Match

The Secretariat replies within seven business days on fit.

Project Review

The ICRC issue group evaluates feasibility independently.

Agreement

Independence, ownership, and confidentiality terms are confirmed.

Research Delivery

Research proceeds while ABIED retains independent judgment.

Return to Research Pool

Net service income returns to the public-interest project pool.
