商业创新与经济发展联盟（ABIED，以下称"本联盟"）深知个人信息对每一位会员、研究员、访客的重要性。本隐私政策说明本联盟在运营其官方网站（abied.org.cn）与相关服务过程中，如何收集、使用、存储与保护您的个人信息。我们遵守香港特别行政区《个人资料（私隐）条例》及相关法律法规。
本联盟仅收集与联盟学术与会员服务直接相关的信息：
本联盟不收集任何与学术与会员服务无关的个人信息，不收集任何形式的生物特征数据，不收集您的银行账户、证件号码、健康数据。
您提供的个人信息仅用于以下目的：
本联盟不向任何第三方出售、出租、交换您的个人信息。仅在以下情况下可能进行必要的信息共享：
BSEIA 的申报材料处理遵循如下原则：初审前对所有申报材料进行匿名化处理，评审组仅见匿名编号；未获奖的申报材料将在评审结束后 180 天内完整销毁；仅数据披露表因评审可溯源需要长期留存。获奖作品将在获奖者知情同意前提下，以摘要形式公开存档。
个人信息存储在本联盟位于香港的自有服务器。所有敏感数据采用加密存储。联盟设有三级数据访问权限：秘书长、秘书处对应业务负责人、相关业务经办人。数据访问日志由信息安全负责人定期审计。
您对自己的个人信息拥有以下权利：
本联盟官方网站仅使用最小必要的技术 Cookie 维持会话与登录状态，不使用任何用于广告追踪或行为分析的第三方 Cookie。访问统计仅在服务器端进行，不涉及第三方统计平台。
本隐私政策可能随联盟业务范围或相关法律法规的变化而修订。任何修订将提前 30 天在本页面公示，重大修订将另以邮件方式通知全体会员。

The Alliance for Business Innovation and Economic Development (ABIED) recognizes the importance of personal information to every member, researcher, and visitor. This Privacy Policy explains how ABIED collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with its official website (abied.org.cn) and related services, in compliance with applicable Hong Kong privacy regulations.
ABIED collects only information directly related to academic and membership services, including membership registration information, BSEIA application materials, website access logs used for operation and troubleshooting, and correspondence with the Secretariat.
ABIED does not collect unrelated personal information, biometric data, bank account information, identification numbers, or health data.
Information is used for membership review and management, BSEIA review and announcement processes, ABIED research brief distribution, academic event invitations, and advisory cooperation communication.
ABIED does not sell, rent, or exchange personal information with third parties. Necessary sharing may occur only when required by law, authorized in writing by the individual, or required for minimum necessary access by independent auditors.
BSEIA materials are anonymized before preliminary review. Unsuccessful application materials are destroyed within 180 days after review, except data disclosure forms retained for traceability.
Personal information is stored on ABIED-controlled servers in Hong Kong. Sensitive data is protected with restricted access and audit logs.
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or unsubscribe from briefings and event notices by contacting the Secretariat.
The ABIED website uses only necessary technical cookies and does not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. Website statistics are handled on the server side.
Any revision to this policy will be posted on this page 30 days in advance. Major revisions may also be sent to members by email.
