PDF 格式，不超过 40 MB。研究类作品须包含完整正文、数据附录、方法说明；实践类作品须包含案例说明、时间线、结果佐证。
填写作品所用全部数据来源、样本区间、口径说明。要求可复现。
不超过800字，用第一人称说明作品的缘起、方法选择、最重要的判断、你希望五年后被如何检验。
不超过两份。推荐信不加分，仅用于评审组了解候选作品的外部认可度。
相关背景研究、早期版本、连续追踪记录等。单独打包，总大小不超过 100 MB。
A：同一份作品只能申报一个类别。同一作者的不同作品可分别申报不同类别，最多不超过两个类别。
A：不收取任何申报费用。联盟承担全部评审与组织成本，该项原则自设立以来未变。

BSEIA's threshold is not high, but its boundary is clear. We do not evaluate institutions or titles; we evaluate the work itself. If you have research or practice that you would still be willing to revisit five years later, it may be appropriate for submission. The following guide applies to the eighth BSEIA edition in 2026.
Applications may be submitted by individuals or teams. Team applications must list all core members and contribution proportions.
Applicants from any country or institution may submit work related to Asia-Pacific business or economic issues.
The main research or practice must have been observed for at least one full annual window. The Young Scholar category may allow representative work with a three-month tracking supplement.
Applicants for the Young Scholar Award must be under 40 on the submission deadline. Other categories have no age limit.
Use the official ABIED template, including applicant information, category, work summary, declarations, and signature.
PDF format, no larger than 40 MB. Research works must include the full text, data appendix, and methodology; practice works must include case description, timeline, and supporting evidence.
List all data sources, sample periods, and definitions. Reproducibility is required.
No more than 800 Chinese characters or equivalent length, written in the first person, explaining origin, method, key judgment, and how the work should be tested in five years.
