商业战略与经济洞察奖（BSEIA）设立于2019年3月，是 ABIED 每年颁发的唯一一项荣誉。我们设立这个奖的初衷只有一句话：每年选出那些真正值得被记下来的研究与实践，让长期主义者彼此可以看见。The Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award (BSEIA), established in March 2019, is the only honor presented annually by ABIED. Its purpose is simple: each year, to identify research and practice that genuinely deserve to be recorded, so long-term thinkers can recognize one another.
BSEIA 不追求规模，也不做"行业榜单"。我们每年按五大类别颁发，每一类只设一名主奖与至多两名提名，哪怕当年没有合适的候选人，也宁可让该类别空缺——因为真正有穿透力的判断不能将就，给它的荣誉也不能。BSEIA does not pursue scale and is not an industry ranking. It is presented across five categories each year, with one main award and up to two nominations in each category. If no candidate meets the standard, the category remains vacant, because penetrating judgment should not be compromised, nor should the honor attached to it.
授予在企业长周期战略选择上展现出显著独立判断力与实践成果的团队或个人。评审重点不在于"成功"本身，而在于战略推演的严谨性与五年以上的可复盘性。For individuals or teams showing independent judgment and practical results in long-cycle corporate strategy. Evaluation focuses not on success alone, but on rigor and reviewability over five years or more.
授予在宏观经济、区域经济、跨境资本研究领域做出长期观察贡献的研究者。要求其代表作须在联盟备案三年以上，并经得起外部数据回测。For researchers making sustained contributions in macroeconomics, regional economics, or cross-border capital studies. Representative work must have been filed with ABIED for at least three years and withstand external data review.
授予40岁以下、在商业战略或经济研究领域展现出扎实研究基础与独立判断能力的青年研究者。每届至多三人获奖，鼓励慢工出活的研究风格。For researchers under 40 who demonstrate solid foundations and independent judgment in business strategy or economic research. Up to three recipients may be recognized each year.
授予在跨境研究协作、跨机构数据共享、区域经济对话方面做出结构性贡献的团队或机构。该奖项重视协作的可持续性与公开度。For teams or institutions making structural contributions to cross-border research, inter-institutional data sharing, and regional economic dialogue. Sustainability and openness are central criteria.
授予在特定产业的长期轮动与结构演变研究中贡献显著的实践者或学者。评审尤其关注研究者是否具有扎实的现场经验与一线访谈深度。For practitioners or scholars contributing meaningful long-term insight into industry cycles and structural change, with particular attention to field experience and first-hand interviews.
没有合适候选人时，我们宁可让该类别空缺一年，也不把荣誉发给尚未准备好的人。If no candidate meets the standard, the category remains vacant rather than lowering the honor.
我们评研究与判断本身，不评头衔、不评名气、不评机构出身。匿名申报与评审是默认机制。We evaluate research and judgment, not titles, fame, or institutional background. Anonymous submission and review are the default.
每届评审组由 ICRC 在任研究员临时遴选组成，完成当届工作后即解散，下届重组，确保评审不被任何人"固化"。Each review panel is temporarily selected from active ICRC researchers and dissolves after the edition, preventing fixed influence.
所有获奖作品的主要判断与数据全部公开存档，五年后请随时回来检验。Core judgments and data from award-winning work are archived publicly for future review.
BSEIA 每年10月举办一届颁奖典礼，通常在香港会议展览中心或维多利亚港畔的指定酒店进行。每届获奖者将获得由联盟定制的奖杯一座、证书一份，以及受邀加入下一届 BSEIA 评审观察员的席位。我们不发奖金，也不邀请任何企业对获奖者进行商业冠名。这是对获奖者的一份尊重，也是对奖项本身的一份克制。The BSEIA award ceremony is held every October, usually at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre or a designated venue near Victoria Harbour. Each recipient receives a custom ABIED trophy, a certificate, and an invitation to serve as an observer for the next BSEIA review. ABIED does not issue cash prizes or allow commercial naming sponsorship of recipients.
