以上仅为在任研究员的部分展示。ICRC 不为研究员设"头衔墙"，每位研究员在联盟官方出版物中的署名只附议题组、不附机构与职称。这样做的理由只有一个：让研究本身站得住，而不是靠研究者的外在身份。
ICRC 不接受自荐加入。所有新研究员均由在任资深研究员提名、议题组评议、ICRC 主任审定、理事会备案四步程序确定。年度换届窗口通常在每年9月。

This is only a partial display of active researchers. ICRC does not build a title wall. In ABIED publications, researchers are identified by issue group rather than external title or institution.
ICRC does not accept self-nomination. New researchers are nominated by senior researchers, evaluated by issue groups, approved by the ICRC director, and filed with the Council. The renewal window is usually in September each year.
