ABIED 于 11 月完成东盟地区研究联络机制升级。相关会员沟通、现场访谈、区域圆桌与对外合作事项均由联盟秘书处统一协调，不设独立分支机构或对外签发主体。

本次升级经联盟理事会 2024 年 6 月会议确认，由秘书处纳入对外合作、活动与会议、会员事务三条工作流程。其目的不是增加组织层级，而是让东盟地区的研究访谈、数据协调与会员沟通有更稳定的执行路径。

统一协调，不新增机构

ABIED 继续遵循“一会一章”原则。东盟地区相关工作不设置独立分支机构、地区职务或独立签发权；所有对外文书、证书、聘书与研究成果发布仍以 ABIED 为唯一主体，由秘书处统一登记与分流。

治理议题组研究员林亦辰博士将参与东盟六国家族企业治理课题的现场访谈与资料核验工作。相关课题仍按 ICRC 的立项、评议、审定流程推进，地区联络安排只服务于研究执行，不构成新的组织单元。

下一步工作

2025 年，ABIED 将围绕东盟六国上市家族企业治理结构开展连续访谈，并计划在年中组织一场区域圆桌。圆桌成果将归入 ICRC 课题档案，并由 ABIED 统一决定是否对外发布。

In November, ABIED upgraded its ASEAN research liaison workflow. Member communication, field interviews, regional roundtables, and external cooperation are coordinated by the Secretariat, with no separate branch or external issuing body.

The upgrade was confirmed by the Council in June 2024 and placed under the Secretariat workflows for external cooperation, events and meetings, and membership affairs. Its purpose is not to add an organizational layer, but to make ASEAN-region research interviews, data coordination, and member communication more stable.

Unified Coordination, No New Institution

ABIED continues to follow its one-alliance, one-seal principle. ASEAN-region work does not create any separate branch, regional office role, or independent issuing authority. All external documents, certificates, appointments, and research publications remain under ABIED as the sole external body and are registered by the Secretariat.

Governance Group researcher Dr. Lin Yichen will participate in field interviews and data verification for family-business governance research across six ASEAN countries. The related projects remain subject to ICRC approval, review, and completion workflows. Regional liaison arrangements support research execution only and do not create a new organizational unit.

Next Steps

In 2025, ABIED will conduct continuing interviews on governance structures among listed family enterprises in six ASEAN countries and plans to organize one regional roundtable. The roundtable output will be filed within the ICRC project archive, with any external publication decided by ABIED.
