5月22日，商业创新与经济发展联盟（ABIED）举行第八届商业战略与经济洞察奖（BSEIA）申报说明会。说明会围绕申报材料准备、匿名评审边界、结果公示和10月颁奖安排展开，帮助拟申报人员理解各环节之间的衔接关系。
材料要求回到作品本身
本届申报继续以作品材料为主要评审依据，不以申报人所属机构、职务或传播热度作为判断标准。申报材料应清楚说明研究或实践的事实基础、观察周期、方法路径和作者贡献，并对主要数据来源作出必要披露。
同一份作品只能申报一个类别；同一作者可用不同作品申报不同类别，但最多不超过两个类别。联盟不收取任何申报费用，申报表可通过官网公布的秘书处邮箱获取。
匿名评审与时间节点
秘书处将在申报结束后开展材料完备性审查和匿名化处理。通过审查的作品将生成评审编号后提交年度评审组，评审成员先独立阅读、独立评分，再进入终审讨论。
- 8月31日：申报通道于24:00关闭。
- 9月10日：秘书处完成材料完备性审查。
- 9月25日：匿名化处理完成并启动独立评分。
- 10月15日：举行终审讨论。
- 10月16日：结果公示开始。
- 10月30日：举行第八届 BSEIA 颁奖典礼。
后续安排
申报人可在申报期内按照秘书处反馈补充缺失材料。有关资格、材料格式、评审标准和公示安排，以官网申报指南及联盟动态发布的正式通知为准。
On May 22, the Alliance for Business Innovation and Economic Development (ABIED) held an application briefing for the eighth Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award (BSEIA). The session explained how application materials, anonymized review, public notice, and the October award schedule fit together.
The Work Remains the Basis of Review
The 2026 review continues to focus on the submitted work rather than the applicant's institution, title, or public profile. Applications should clearly state the factual basis, observation period, methodology, and author contribution, together with appropriate disclosure of major data sources.
Each work may enter only one category. An author may submit different works to different categories, up to two categories in total. No application fee is charged, and the application form may be requested through the Secretariat email address published on the website.
Anonymized Review and Key Dates
After the application window closes, the Secretariat will conduct a completeness review and anonymize eligible submissions. Review numbers will then be generated before the materials are sent to the annual panel for independent reading and scoring.
- August 31: Application window closes at 24:00.
- September 10: Completeness review is completed.
- September 25: Anonymization is completed and independent scoring begins.
- October 15: Final review discussion.
- October 16: Public notice period begins.
- October 30: Eighth BSEIA award ceremony.
