经香港特别行政区相关登记程序，商业创新与经济发展联盟（英文名称 Alliance for Business Innovation and Economic Development，英文简称 ABIED）已于 2017 年 5 月 22 日依法正式成立。联盟为非营利国际研究机构，住所设于香港中环德辅道中 71 号永安集团大厦 21 楼。
联盟的宗旨是：以长周期视角开展商业战略与宏观经济研究，促进亚太区域的长期主义研究文化与健康商业生态。联盟不进行任何形式的营利性活动，不参与政治事务，不以机构名义对外承接短期商业委托。
首届理事会由七位发起人组成，分别来自企业战略、宏观研究、财务治理、产业观察、公共政策五个不同领域。理事长由周岚女士担任。
联盟将在成立的第一年完成以下基础工作：一是建立联盟章程与基本治理框架；二是启动第一批内部观察课题，由发起人各自牵头一项；三是通过推荐方式吸纳首批 20 至 40 位创始会员，形成联盟最初的价值共识社群；四是筹备联盟未来的年度奖项机制，争取在 2019 年前正式推出。
联盟特别感谢香港特别行政区相关登记部门在成立过程中给予的专业协助，感谢七位发起人与首批咨询顾问在筹建阶段的无偿投入。联盟的真正工作从今天开始。我们会用很长的时间，把这件事做扎实。

Following relevant Hong Kong registration procedures, the Alliance for Business Innovation and Economic Development (ABIED) was legally established on May 22, 2017. ABIED is a non-profit international research institution located at 21/F, Wing On House, 71 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.
ABIED's purpose is to conduct business strategy and macroeconomic research from a long-cycle perspective and to promote a healthy long-term research culture in Asia-Pacific. ABIED does not engage in profit-making activity, political affairs, or short-term commercial commissions under the institutional name.
The first Council consists of seven founders from corporate strategy, macro research, financial governance, industrial observation, and public policy. Ms. Zhou Lan serves as Council Chair.
In its first year, ABIED will establish its Charter and governance framework, launch initial internal observation projects, admit its first founding members by recommendation, and prepare the annual award mechanism planned before 2019.
