经 2019 年 3 月 10 日第一次 ABIED 会员大会审议通过，商业战略与经济洞察奖（Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award，英文简称 BSEIA）自本公告发布之日起正式设立，由商业创新与经济发展联盟（ABIED）每年颁发一届，作为联盟唯一的年度荣誉。

BSEIA 设立的初衷可以用一句话说明：每年选出那些真正值得被记下来的研究与实践，让长期主义者彼此可以看见。奖项的基本原则在会员大会表决前已被写入章程，自设立之日起即不得在非特别表决的情况下修改。以下是 BSEIA 自设立之日起即生效的五条基本原则：

  1. 五大类别：战略创新奖、经济研究贡献奖、青年学者奖、跨国协作奖、产业洞察奖。
  2. 宁缺毋滥：当届候选作品未达到基准线的类别，主奖空缺，不补不降。
  3. 匿名评审：申报材料须经匿名化处理后提交评审组，评审组不见作者身份。
  4. 独立判断：评审组由 ICRC 在任研究员临时组建，每届重组，不固化成员结构。
  5. 可被回望：所有获奖作品的主要判断与关键数据面向社会长期公开存档。

首届 BSEIA 的申报通道预计于 2019 年 6 月 1 日开放，至 8 月 31 日关闭。首届评审结果预计于 2019 年 10 月公示，首届颁奖典礼拟于 2019 年 10 月 25 日在香港举办。具体时间与地点将通过后续公告另行通知。

联盟特别感谢第一次会员大会全体会员对 BSEIA 设立的支持。这是 ABIED 成立以来最重要的一项决定。我们希望 BSEIA 能经得起很多年的考验。

Approved by the first ABIED General Assembly on March 10, 2019, the Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award (BSEIA) is formally established as the Alliance's only annual honor.

BSEIA was created to select research and practice that genuinely deserve to be recorded each year, allowing long-term thinkers to see one another.

  1. Five categories: Strategic Innovation, Economic Research Contribution, Young Scholar, Cross-Border Collaboration, and Industry Insight.
  2. Vacancy over compromise: if the baseline is not met, the main award remains vacant.
  3. Anonymous review: materials are anonymized before review.
  4. Independent judgment: the review group is temporarily formed from ICRC researchers each year.
  5. Reviewability: main judgments and key data of winning works are archived for long-term public review.

The first BSEIA application window is expected to open on June 1, 2019 and close on August 31. Results are expected in October, with the first ceremony planned for October 25 in Hong Kong.
