第三届商业战略与经济洞察奖（BSEIA）申报通道已于 2021 年 8 月 31 日 24:00 正式关闭。本届 BSEIA 继续开放五大类别：战略创新奖、经济研究贡献奖、青年学者奖、跨国协作奖、产业洞察奖。每一类别将评选出至多一名主奖及两名提名。
本届申报材料由秘书处统一完成完备性审查，所有通过审查的作品将进入匿名化评审环节。评审组不接触申报人身份信息，申报人与评审组成员之间不得进行任何形式的私下沟通。
本届评审流程的主要节点：9 月 20 日前完成材料完备性审查；9 月 25 日前完成匿名化与评审组独立打分；10 月 12 日举行终审讨论会；10 月 14 日起进入结果公示期，公示期至 10 月 27 日 18:00 截止；10 月 29 日举行第三届 BSEIA 颁奖典礼。具体地点与时间将通过会员电子邮件另行通知。
BSEIA 的基本原则自设立以来未曾变化：宁缺毋滥、匿名评审、独立判断、可被回望。秘书处将在公示期内受理实名书面异议，并按既定程序提交评审组复核。

Dear colleagues following BSEIA,
The third Business Strategy & Economic Insight Award application window closed at 24:00 on August 31, 2021. The five categories remain Strategic Innovation, Economic Research Contribution, Young Scholar, Cross-Border Collaboration, and Industry Insight.
The Secretariat will complete completeness review before September 20, anonymization and independent scoring before September 25, and the final review discussion on October 12. The public notice period will begin on October 14 and run until 18:00 on October 27. The third BSEIA award ceremony will be held on October 29.
BSEIA's principles remain vacancy over compromise, anonymous review, independent judgment, and long-term reviewability.
