研究与咨询委员会（ICRC）2023 年度研究员招募工作已于即日启动。本次招募覆盖战略、宏观、产业、金融、治理五大议题组，预计共招募新研究员 30 至 40 位，补充因任期到期退任与自愿退任形成的空缺。
按照 ICRC 的聘任规则，本次招募沿用以下基本机制：
- 不接受自荐。所有新研究员必须由在任资深研究员书面提名。
- 四步程序：提名 → 议题小组评议 → ICRC 主任审定 → 理事会备案。
- 任期：研究员任期 3 年，可连任两次。
- 评估标准：候选人须在所申请议题方向上具有可公开查验的代表性研究或实践成果，且愿意承诺在任期内每年至少参与一项课题。
有意向的候选人请先与一位在任资深研究员沟通，取得其书面提名意愿后，由该资深研究员代为向秘书处提交提名材料。提名材料包括：候选人简历、代表作（不超过三份）、议题方向说明、所提名的资深研究员推荐意见（不超过 1000 字）。
提名材料截止日为 2022 年 12 月 15 日。议题小组评议预计在 2023 年 1 月完成。理事会备案会于 2023 年 2 月进行。2023 年度新研究员的聘任于 2023 年 3 月 1 日生效。

Dear ABIED members,
ICRC has launched its 2023 annual researcher recruitment. The recruitment covers the strategy, macro, industry, finance, and governance groups and is expected to appoint 30 to 40 new researchers.
The appointment mechanism remains unchanged: no self-nomination is accepted; candidates must be nominated in writing by active senior researchers, evaluated by issue groups, approved by the ICRC director, and filed with the Council. Researcher terms last three years and may be renewed twice.
Candidates should first communicate with an active senior researcher. Nomination materials include a CV, up to three representative works, issue-direction statement, and the nominating senior researcher's recommendation.
The nomination deadline is December 15, 2022. Issue-group evaluation is expected in January 2023, Council filing in February, and appointments effective March 1, 2023.
