ABIED 将于2026年7月20日举办研究成果写作工作坊。本次活动围绕研究笔记、访谈材料和公开数据如何整理为结构清楚、边界明确的公开成果展开，重点讨论研究报告、白皮书、公开摘要与成果转化报告之间的表达差异。
主要内容
- 结构表达：从研究问题到标题、摘要、材料来源、分析路径和结论边界的组织顺序。
- 成果类型：区分研究报告、白皮书、课题摘要、新闻稿和联盟动态的用途。
- 双语表达：说明中文正文与英文摘要在术语、语气和信息密度上的差异。
- 后台维护：使用普通富文本标签维护正文，避免从Word复制后出现复杂样式和排版冲突。
- 内容边界：避免夸大结论、虚构客户案例或将第三方成果改写为联盟成果。
参与对象
活动面向 ICRC 研究员、参与课题写作的会员及秘书处内容维护人员。具体参与安排由秘书处按活动计划通知相关人员。
后续安排
工作坊结束后，秘书处将整理共性写作问题，并将适合公开的内容维护原则纳入后续工作参考。活动信息以联盟活动栏目发布内容为准。

Dear ICRC researchers, members involved in research writing, and content administrators,
ABIED will hold a Research Output Writing Workshop on July 20, 2026. The session will examine how research notes, interview materials, and public data can be organized into clear public outputs with appropriate boundaries. It will distinguish among research reports, white papers, public abstracts, and translation reports.
Main Topics
- Structure: organizing the path from research question to title, abstract, sources, analysis, and conclusion boundaries.
- Output types: distinguishing the roles of research reports, white papers, project abstracts, news releases, and Alliance Updates.
- Bilingual presentation: differences in terminology, tone, and information density between Chinese content and English abstracts.
- CMS maintenance: using ordinary rich-text elements to avoid formatting conflicts when content is copied from Word.
- Content boundaries: avoiding overstated conclusions, fabricated client cases, or the reframing of third-party work as Alliance output.
Participants
The workshop is intended for ICRC researchers, members involved in project writing, and Secretariat content administrators. Participation arrangements will be shared by the Secretariat with relevant personnel.
Follow-Up
After the workshop, the Secretariat will summarize recurring writing questions and incorporate suitable publication principles into future content maintenance guidance. Event information follows the Alliance Events section.
